yoginis will learn about self-love, confidence, emotional regulation, and yoga.
Located on a beautiful farm in Westford, students will have the opportunity to learn about themselves, make friends and snuggle some animals.
Through movement, meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness, students will learn how to take their practice off the mat and into their day-to-day lives, growing confident, empowered, relaxed and happy.
The day will be filled with discussion, yoga, creativity and fun! Yoginis will be sent home with a mindful craft created in the workshop, and a personal journal.
No prior yoga experience needed.
