This practice features fully supported restorative postures that require little to no muscular effort. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the body to settle deeply into stillness while being carefully cradled by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. With movement stripped away, tension softens and the connective tissues are gently encouraged to release.
The atmosphere is intentionally calm and spacious. Subtle verbal cues guide awareness inward, but the practice largely unfolds in silence—creating a rare opportunity to unplug, slow down, and rest deeply.
Throughout the experience, Jessica, a licensed massage therapist trained in Thai Massage and ERYT-500 Yoga Instructor, offers personalized hands-on assists and therapeutic touch within each posture. To preserve the quality of care and allow for truly individualized attention, space is intentionally limited, ensuring each participant receives unhurried, thoughtful support.
Participants leave feeling exquisitely rested, grounded, and renewed—both physically and mentally. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
