Description

A seven-week chakra-centered yoga series is basically structured self-care with a roadmap. Each week focuses on a different energy center in the body, from grounding and safety in the root chakra to clarity and calm in the crown. People don’t need to know anything about chakras to get benefits. The sessions blend accessible yoga movement, breathwork, and simple reflection to help release tension, improve mobility, and shift your emotional balance.
